Information for Parents

Jamaica Blue is a great place for young people to start their working experience.

Young people at Jamaica Blue won’t just learn how to provide quality customer experience or make an amazing coffee. They’ll learn valuable life skills that will help them in their future careers, such as communication, teamwork, punctuality, prioritisation and problem-solving.

Employees at Jamaica Blue are trained through a structure of online courses and on-the-job training.

As a large employer of young people, we understand it is important that both you and your child feel comfortable with your child’s place of work.
